We had a quick two day trip to Savannah. We enjoyed Marshall House for several reasons. It was a great location, we walked everywhere. It was a historical building. They offered an early evening lounge service with wine and charcuterie buffet and entertainment. The evening we enjoyed it there was a harpist playing. Also included in our rate was the made to order breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, this included everyone we interacted with; front desk, valet, breakfast staff, lounge attendant. We only wish we had booked a room that had the veranda access. We would stay here again the next time we are in Savanah. The room was clean and quiet, it was historical done well.

Loved everything about our stay at the Marshall House. Our room was beautiful and clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly - front desk, bell service/valet, breakfast servers, and housekeeping. Location is great, easily walkable to area attractions. The only thing that disappointed was we didn't have any experiences with the local spirits of the inn. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back again. Thanks for a great time, Marshall House!!

We were only there one night and then had to move to a different hotel for a family get together. Definitely should’ve stayed at the Marshall House the whole time! The location is perfect. Our room was a king with access to the balcony (through the window!) and was comfortable and lovely. All of the staff was top-notch from checkin to checkout. Special thanks to China at the desk and Dayasha, the enthusiastic and fantastic valet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wonderful stay and outstanding hospitality! I want to give a special shout-out to Clarence, who helped with our luggage and made a great first impression from the moment we arrived. The service here was truly exceptional thanks to Dana at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us change rooms when the one picked by the system would not work for us, and really showed she cared when we checked in. The valet who greeted us at the curb was also very friendly, and both were much appteciated after many hours of driving! Thank you Dana and all the staff for your efforts and concern! The included evening entertainment and wine and cheese was very enjoyable, and the included breakfast was delicious with great service. We had a great stay and highly recommend The Marshall House.

10/5 service and location! The staff that was there around 10 PM on July 14th, 2026, was absolutely wonderful. Valet was extremely kind & welcoming, and the front desk agent was absolutely delightful. Not only was she welcoming, but she was knowledgeable, courteous and inviting. Hotel has a spooky history, but it’s definitely extremely charming. Can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks.

This place was perfect if you love history, mysteries and authenticity. So much of the house has been kept in the past. The old plank hardwoods and the decor. The people who work here are so helpful and friendly. The courtyard/atrium breakfast is a great way to start the day. The comfy beds, chairs and peaceful spirits are great. No complaints. Don't miss the historian in the library with wine and cheese. You will love it.
