Matt ShanorAs a dad of three, I've bought my share of "kids golf clubs," and almost all of them were a letdown. Most are just shrunk-down adult clubs: heavy, clunky, and honestly a little dangerous to hand to a toddler. The TLG First Set is the only set I found that was actually designed for small children from the ground up, and all three of my kids learned to golf with them starting when they were barely more than toddlers. What sets them apart is how thoughtful the design is. The clubs are genuinely lightweight, so a two or three year old can swing one without getting worn out or hurt, and the grip guides their little hands into the right position from the very first swing. The soft foam balls meant I could let them swing away in the backyard, or inside on rainy days, without holding my breath. My kids stuck with golf because the equipment actually fit them instead of fighting them. If you want to get a little one into the game early, this is the set. There is truly nothing else like it on the market. Five stars, and I'd give more if I could.
