We stopped in while visiting Savannah for the day, and were immediately made to feel welcome and given a private tour! Becky was WONDERFUL and gave us her full attention for at least an hour, imparting her fascinating bee wisdom. We donned head nets and went outside to inspect a hive. Can't recommend a visit highly enough....need more stars! Kids and adults alike will enjoy the indoor see-through bee hive. The place is adorable and very bee-themed. Honey and mead tastings, and a small retail area....yes, I bought stuff 🙂

The Savannah Bee Company Showroom and Bee garden was a great little place. We missed the Bee garden tour but we did get to sneak a peek at them. The showroom had much to choose from, anything from honey, mead, wine, cosmetics and more. The lady at the counter was very entertaining and knowledgeable. She showed us the bee colony that is located inside the showroom and explained a lot about how the bees work in and outside the hive. All the honey products are locally sourced and the variety is vast. Make sure to visit the honey bar to get a taste of all the different honeys they have to offer.

We did the Bee Tour at the Savannah Stiles Ave location with Anaiah (forgive me for spelling) and it was such an amazing experience! She made it so interesting and fun regardless of my initial hesitations being around bees for the first time. Would definitely visit again!

I’m from Chattanooga, so not too far away, but far enough that this felt like a vacation. I stopped in to pick up some honey and look around, and the educator, Bill, was absolutely fantastic. He answered all of my questions—even the silly ones—let me sample all the different honeys, and had so much knowledge to share. I’ve been to the beach, I’ve been downtown, and honestly, none of it was as memorable as this experience. Thanks, Bill. You made my vacation that much more memorable. I’ll definitely be looking for that sourwood honey next time.
