Monica and Kayla were exceptional and provided amazing customer service ! We had a chance to stop while working on the ambulance and they got us checked out and ready in no time flat and it was SOOOO GOOD! And they remembered my gummy bears!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but after my experience at Rita’s today - I wanted to shout out how amazing their staff is. We’ve been going to Rita’s for years, but my daughter is finally at the age to order for herself - and the staff showed no annoyance as she changed her order three times and added sprinkles and cherries to an order that probably didn’t need it :). They were so sweet to her, and all of the other kids pawing to get their sweet treat at the window. We are so lucky to have a Rita’s in our community.
