My partner, our 8 month old baby and I booked the place for 2 nights on the way back home from Orlando. I was originally excited to stay at the Dunes Inn due to its setting and vibe. We absolutely loved tybee island but this hotel was just a little dirty. A cockroach got in thru night 1 and we noticed that the floors were overall pretty dirty (made the bottom of our socks black). Our freezer was very dirty though we only needed the fridge and it was clean! Shower also wasn’t working great at all. Just all slight annoyances especially with a little baby who we try to keep happy and clean! The staff were attentive and kind! The large pool with the palms over hanging was awesome. The seating area in the annex was great at night! Again really pretty palms on the grounds! Overall just a little disappointed with the price we payed to stay on tybee for 2 nights.

My husband and I booked for 5days for our 13yr wedding anniversary, we enjoyed our stay and most definitely and mean most definitely stay here. The vibe is amazing and the room looks just like online. The suite are beautiful. Some rooms got a balcony. It’s beautiful we had a balcony room. The pool was amazing and each staff was great. Shoutout to Ms. Joy a very sweet friendly lady. It’s only a 2min walk to the beach literally it’s right there ‼️ Food and restaurants was extremely close so you do have to walk far at all. Overall we had an amazing stay and amazing 13yr anniversary weekend ‼️ we will be back soon.

Had a great stay. Beds were clean and towels looked fresh. We had the suite which included everything you needed in a kitchen. The floors seemed dirty and stained our socks but that’s my only complaint. We will still come back and recommend this inn to our friends. Thanks, Joy!

Location is great! Staff is very friendly. The room was good but we did feel the cleaning and tidying of the room and refilling of towels and other necessities was a little bit lacking. But, Joy was an absolute doll! She was very attentive and helpful whenever we needed her. Joy gets 10 stars!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dunes Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. As far as location goes…it is easy walking distance to downtown Tybee and the beach! Perfect for our 3 nights in Tybee.
