We purchased 2 golf carts and have two maintenance plans from LGCC. They go out of their way to make things easy, they communicate well with calls and texts. The service plan twice a year keeps everything moving smooth. If there is ever a problem they go to the manufacturer first to check if anything is under warranty or a known issue for service without extra costs unless there is a need. Great service, friendly and very convenient.
