I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Alliscia at the Holiday Inn in Savannah! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. She treated me like a true member, not just a guest, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay even more special. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional, and she made a lasting impression on me. This was hands down one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very nice—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Thank you, Alliscia, for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. We had a reservation at another hotel that fell through so we arrived very late. Julia got us settled the first night and was very friendly and helpful. We made this trip last minute and forgot some essentials. Aliscia was very patient and so pleasant to talk to while helping with all of our requests. Definitely recommend staying here for the customer service and being conveniently close to Savannah without the downtown prices.
