I was visiting my daughter at SCAD and decided to go out and walk around town, the first place we visited was SCAD Museum and I was enchanted, the tour in every room is done by students which I found very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they are exposing.. every room is different and special ✨️ we didn't pay to come inside, because my daughter goes to SCAD but I'm not sure if there is a cost to pay for regular or for someone to tours you around. They have a excision on cardboard art right now and it's amazing.. and another room where the whole wall is a stitched canvas 😍🥰it's amazing how talented people are.

Such a great place to visit with family and friends! Kids were offered a scavenger hunt or Bingo to get a prize at the end of their exploration! The exhibits were amazing! Anish Kapoor is very unique artist, with all of us loving his canvas pieces the most. Additionally, the cardboard structures (Into the Woods) and tapestries by Eva Jospin are incredible and will draw you in in an emotional level! Highly suggest! Parking was a little tricky but we managed. (Paid parking lot) This is definitely accessible as this is all on the first floor. Ample room to maneuver. I’d you are visually impaired your devices are allowed in to help you focus and see. No touching is allowed so that is a downfall for a visual impaired person.
