The family's 1st time back here in some YEARS. After seeing all the ads about the changes and upgrades, I was excited about trying them again. Needless to say I was disappointed! Apparently all the improvements missed this location. Don't get me wrong, they definitely changed the menu because the most inexpensive thing on the menu were the nonalcoholic drinks & they were three dollars and seventy-nine cents ($3.79) each! The biscuits were amazing!! Fresh, hot, soft, buttery and full of flavor! I would definitely recommend the watermelon lemonade too. The food was fresh and hot as well, but lackluster in seasoning and taste. Yet our waitress was very pleasant. She always had a smile on her face, was patient with us and our 2 kids, and checked on us often. Now having become a part of the disabled community (wheelchair bound) a few months, I must vehemently express my outrage on the difficulties of trying to maneuver in and out of the building and bathroom!!!! The way the stalls are set up, we had to open both of the doors (they're across from each other) back into one a little to be to align my wheelchair up to get in a stall. Once in there, there was VERY LITTLE TO NO ROOM to turn my chair around to get on the toilet!!! They almost had a mess to clean up. And all the grab bars in the stall that I was in had some sort of sticky substance on the back side of them (apparently whenever whomever cleaned, they only wiped one side). Next, the doors to both (entering the building & bathrooms) are heavy and hard to push, a a well as, hold open while trying to wheel out--even with assistance. Lastly, the decor is in DESPERATE need of an overhaul! So, overall it was an so-so or okay visit.

Im only giving it 5 stars because of Joe not only the bartender but our server as well. Red lobster has changed so much over the years now I did get the shrimp Alfredo which was very good but the wait time for food when it was beyond slow it was almost a hour of waiting. For two people. I’d hate to see it when it’s busy. Joe always checked on us refills on point please go see him at the bar treat him good.

Natasha was absolutely amazing at Red Lobster! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our dining experience enjoyable. She checked on us often, kept our drinks filled, and made great recommendations. Thank you, Natasha, for going above and beyond — we will definitely be back!
