First thing, hot water is glorious, but parents beware - it is hot enough to steep tea or make ramen from the tap. =] Just be mindful w/ children. I have serious food allergies and this is the first hot breakfast I could eat some of w/o fear. They even had almond milk. It may seem trivial, but when awày from home, being able to eat without fear is such a wonderful thing. The staff was wonderful - both night and day staff. They even helped me with my things - I'd recently broken my wrist and couldn't manage on my own. My room was clean and had everything I needed, even a table that slides over your lap at the side chair with foot stool. Microwave and fridge. An actual closet w/ a door and ironing board/iron and several wooden hangers. The bathroom had ample towels, soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and a shower cap. Even a hair dryer. The bed/pillows were comfortable and clean. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. Simply because of how great the staff was and how diverse the hot breakfast was for those with different dietary needs. I was not there long enough to know about other amenities. This hotel was a breath of fresh air! After staying at another chain for 6 years, because of the "pets stay free" policy, we decided it just wasn't worth it anymore due to deteriorating conditions. We chose to try the Best Western and it was worth every penny for the cleaner, nicer accommodations and friendly staff. Will definitely be choosing this brand in the future.

I would give the stay a better rating if it wasn’t for the most awkward encounter. First Pros, the room is incredibly clean and comfortable for the price. It was quiet and incredibly close off the highway, but still quiet. Now for the Major con. We had checked in late the night before probably around 11pm, so the noon checkout was a big pro for us. Let us sleep in and relax. However, around 11am when going to retrieve a cart for the luggage I was approached by a man who I assume is cleaning staff who asked if I was checking out. I responded with not yet just grabbing a cart. To which he told me they were waiting for us and we were the last ones. A Little uncomfortable, but whatever. When my husband goes out to take the luggage he said he was standing right outside our door with the cleaning cart just staring. It was insanely uncomfortable.

Front desk Sam was so nice. He got us checked in so fast. Really appreciated it since it was late. Rooms were cool, clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Good variety on breakfast. Pancake maker, two hot items (eggs and sausage patties), hot oatmeal with toppings bar, yogurt, fresh fruit, variety of breads and bagels, coffee, juice and tea bar. Attendant kept areas clean and stocked.

The hotel isn't bad except the mattress or box spring needed updated. There's no vent in the bathroom. Breakfast needs more descent items.Great place to stay service is good everyone is friendly! Good price & location. We enjoyed the 7 days there.
