I was thoroughly enjoying my stay here until this afternoon. I took a luggage cart to quickly bring my laundry downstairs and told the front desk worker I would be right back. Even though absolutely nobody was waiting to use the cart, she immediately started raising her voice at me and aggressively rushing me.She then escalated it by threatening me, saying, "If you're not fast enough, we're going to have to take the cart from you if a customer comes with luggage." Yelling at a paying guest and threatening to confiscate equipment while they are actively using it is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt completely unwelcome. However, the rest of the front desk staff and housekeeping was great. Bala and Akash was really pleasant and professional.

I don't know what the bad reviews are about. The room was very clean & the staff was Excellent! I've stayed at several hotels over the years & I must say that I really enjoyed this location. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly & always willing to help. The room was cozy & the beds were really comfortable. The area was also nice. Everything you need is right up the road. Gas stations, Dollar Tree, clothing stores, etc. Great location! I'll definitely be back soon for my next beach trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for a short borthday trip in Savannah staff was very nice and accommodating, service was excellent and thier location has easy access to bus stops to get to downtown. Will come back on my next Savannah trip!
