Stayed here in July 2026 and it was an outstanding experience the whole way through. The location is basically unbeatable for exploring Savannah on foot. The building isn’t brand new but it’s been kept up well and has all the modern conveniences you could reasonably expect. Pool was nice and warm, and the evening smores at the fire pit were fun. What really set this property apart for me was how attentive and helpful the staff were. I hope to come back some day.

I’ve stayed at the Andaz a few times. My recent visit this week was perfect as usual! I made a mistake while booking and called prior to check in to explain and spoke with Floyd. Floyd was very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and quickly fixed my problem. The staff exceeds all customer service expectations. Every one I encountered….concierge, housekeeping, valet, everyone was just so nice, and pleasant. The facility is super clean, the rooms are always clean and comfortable . The Andaz will forever be my hotel of choice when in Savannah.

My family of 9 stayed here last week. I’ve stayed at some of the top hotels and can tell you the service here is the best I ever had. Have the shrimp and grits for breakfast in the hotel. It’s unbelievably delicious!!

Very cute hotel right in the mix of all that Savannah has to offer! Very walkable! I loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and their toiletry line, Eleventh Hour Byredo, smelled amazing!
